      Pros

      Some interesting problems to work on.

      Cons

      Management team is unable to coordinate it's story. Too much listening to yes sayers and inflexible procedures. Rely heavily on opensource products but refuse to contribute code back to the projects. Very dated and uncomfortable work environment.

      Despite being around for 35 years, it feels like an exciting place to work, with interesting projects Everyone is supportive and wants to deliver to the best of their ability The company lives by its values, culture is great.
