Cons
Agile companies need highly competent people who can carry their own weight. There is no room for fluff or people who want to coast in their careers. Contractors who complain on glassdoor after being let go are a dime a dozen. There are many pretenders in IT looking to make a fast buck. Enzu nor it's customers want to waste their money with contractors like that. If you can't work hard, then that's what the big cloud vendors are for! They over charge and have the ability to carry weaker players by the thousands.
