      Pros

      Good people, product improvements, overall innovative firm within a non-innovative industry

      Cons

      Senior Management going after much needed investments to build firm to a $100 Million + company. The industry is in a state of acquisitions, Ephesoft is not immune to this activity, could be best possible outcome for them, as I highly doubt that they can reach $100+ revenue on their own. Longer sales cycles for this Insight product, no real sales revenue in this space. Moving older sales people out of picture for younger staff, maybe due to expense?

      Unfortunately, this employee doesn't understand the company's long term goal of continually investing in the technology and top talent to be the industry's leader. Sometimes, it's best for people to find a company that fits their personality. We are a fast-growing energetic environment which isn't right for everyone.

      Pros

      Great salary, great benefits, great people. If you ever get a change to work for any of the management from Ephesoft, I highly recommend.

      Cons

      Owner was much more self centered than he let on in the beginning. When he sold the business, the employees got screwed out of their stock options.
