Management constantly trying to empathize with employees, and avoid burn out—providing company holidays, outings, "recharge weeks", and lifestyle budgets.
Cons
Pod-to-pod communication can be messy. Engineering is pressured to "move fast and break stuff" but then blamed when "stuff" is "broken".
