Pros
Benefits, Paid time off and caring for the patients. Some of the Doctors are very nice.
Cons
Too much workplace drama!!! (In the Clinical settings, anyway, and it's not the environment of just one clinic, unfortunately. ) sometimes can be very frustrating,especially if you're a "Worker Bee" or a person with any kind of Work Ethic. Picked up a lot of slack and there is a lot of "counter productivity" that goes on. The annual increase, at review time, maxed at 3% and if you're at the max end of the pay scale, there isn't any incentive.
