Pros
Currently none. There were so many pros before when some of the smartest people worked here but left due to Dysfunctional, narcissistic, overly confident, requiring “Yes sir “ to all requests, hating pushback environment that’s been bugging the the great potential the company has, but not anymore.
Only pro you can think of you can be in a tight deadlines for everything. That probably can get you used to the start up demands.
Cons
Leadership doesn’t care about you, they give you free altruistic speeches that fetches you nothing but false hopes of any future benefits from time to time. No bonus, failing business not due to bad model but due to failing leadership.
Give them a pushback more than once and say No more than once, you are fired. CEO tries to meddle/ micro manage even the technical subject matters when it should be left to experts to deal with.
Due to this, incompetent people have been made managers once smart ones left and they survive because they say yes to everything. This created a situation where incompetent manages hire even more incompetent employees to protect their turf. This created an explosion of idiots in the teams which used to be excellent as near as 15 months ago.
