      The fresher candidate can have an exposure of new technologies.

      The work envoirnment is not too good.But for the layman it is satisfactory.The salary is very much low as compared to other web design companies.

      Its great learning company. People are very friendly. If you are fresher then people should not hesitate to join.

      Cons

      Salary is big concern. Even people who are working there from longtime(7-8 years) are only getting 20K Approx.
