Pros
On the ground team (fabric/M&E/Janitors) are brilliant to work with, if you get a good school it’s a great job. Good pay, set shift patterns and can pick up OT.
Cons
Certain managers made it a very toxic environment. Micromanaging and bullying, you just didn’t know what you were walking into. Constant emails, paperwork galore, checklists for checklists. Management didn’t accept any responsibility blame was always put on the staff.
