      1. You are presented with lots of opportunities 2. Every employee is approachable and happy to help answer questions - no matter how senior they always have time 3. Work-life balance is important, and EquiLend's flexibility and work from home policies reflects this 4. The application process was really straightforward, and each interview really made sure I had an understanding of the role I was going into
