Pros

Remote work, colleagues are the wonderful, pay is descent, health benefits good, great PTO, annual bonus

Cons

Equip is changing and not for the better. They are moving farther and farther from their mission and company values. Providers are overworked and burned out with constant turnover. The biggest issue is leadership and C suite. There is very much a “mean girls” culture especially when it comes to promotion and growth. The same people are promoted year after year while those that are not part of the clique are constantly gaslit with no opportunities for growth. There’s no manager or leadership training so expectations can vastly vary across teams. Equip does not value its employees, especially those that are the engine of the company. Feedback is ignored and those who speak up are silenced.

Pros

Great mission-driven employees, comparable wages and decent benefits. Flexible PTO policy

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth or development, canceled onsites (of note, executives kept their several trips and onsites), company pulling back on DEI initiatives and culture opportunities, laying off pivotal leaders, company appearing to now prioritize profit over all else.
