Good bonus if the company performance well.
Cons
Promise bonus during job offer and lead to pay cut. However, bonus really depend on company performance. High turn over. Mainly due to Boss rather than leader. Many area with system failures which also lead to rejection without system to track. Failure to retain talents. Tough to serve Boss rather than leader. Open to ideas but once suggested. You will be push for the implementation. Management see result without provide supports.
