      Employee gets to learn a lot in terms excel and PowerPoint skills.

      Cons

      Orthodox management. Micromanagement of all tasks. Limited exposure to financial models and core application of financial knowledge. Nearly 12-14 hours of work on an average per day Work on Saturday as well as Sunday. No recognition and appreciaion
