      You will have the opportunity to take on extra responsibilities if they interest you. Hard work is recognized by management. Generous stock options as well.

      Cons

      The location, in Kanata, is a bit far from the rest of Ottawa. Unless you live in Kanata, you're guaranteed to have a long commute.

      Pop for employee. Polyvalence. Learning environnement. Shower available in the building.

      Cons

      Breaks are too short. The cafeteria is too far, and will take you 10 min just to walked there.

      -pay is below industry standards for the work involved -long 12 hour days -lack of trust in ability or workmanship from management resulting in micromanagement -zero career opportunities -limited time off -the employment contract allows them to fire you for any reason with zero recourse -complete tone deafness from all levels of management -extremely high turnover -extreme work/home life imbalance -management actively tries to control and limit information for workforce manipulation
