1. Great company ethics and culture 2. Wonderful people and everyone is super friendly and willing to help 3. Staff are valued and the management is very good 4. Well documented procedures and overall organisation 5. You are given flexibility on how you wish to fulfill your duties with remote working and contribution to process improvements
Cons
1. The company is in run off and closed to new business - Unfortunately staff cuts have a major impact on work loads which can in most cases not equal the the staff capacity. Long hours are common and over time is not offered. 2. Too much paperwork and meetings due to the old fashioned way of doing things 3. The Salary is not that great compared to the industry standard 4. Career progression is limited as they are in run off
