There is a distinct lack of proper training, communication between teams, and procedures written for the entire company to perform tasks efficiently. Concerns are always raised but partially heard. Some staff members feel their needs aren't being met by management so they cannot fulfill their duties as appointed to them which leads to utter discouragement.
The amount of stress created from working here makes staff take days off at a time to recharge and return to work only for the cycle to repeat itself. From an outsider perspective, it's been extremely difficult for the relations team to ask for new business from a current client when that client isn't exactly satisfied with the service provided thus far, which leads to fewer business brought in quarterly, and thusly a lower revenue rate for the company as a whole. This eventually leads to concerns amongst management when they realize at the end of the quarter that individual goals set for certain teams are not reached. Only then will each team be asked for their opinion regarding how the quarter could have gone better for their department and their individual goal.
Of course a big source of unrest is the amount of pay in certain teams for the amount of work being done. Salaried positions almost always work overtime in some capacity to get extra work completed or catch up when overwhelmed which happens regularly during each quarter. Bonuses are essentially a form of commission in that you must reach certain checkpoint goals imposed by management in order to see any extra income. There are no raises yet, and it's unclear that raises are likely to happen in the future.
