Old broken down frieghtliners, mostly have a million or more miles from 2005. Slow response to loads being dispatch. Steelcase loads take hours to unload, and you don't get paid for time waiting. I have had 3 new supervisors in past 3 months. Huge turnover on drivers at Equity, if you can last 6 months, then you are doing good!! You are expected to dispose of Dunnage from Steelcase loads, and Equity has light and heavy trailers, so you learn quickly or pay for being overloaded. In the past 3 months, I have driven 2 trucks, broke down 7 times, and ready to find a career somewhere else
