      Pros

      Great team oriented culture. I feel that management and my coworkers are all very supportive and work together to help everyone be successful. The pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      As the company is growing, we have our share of growing pains. There is a fair amount of tribal knowledge that isn't well documented. It can sometimes take a while to locate the information you need or figure out who is the expert in particular area.

      Pros

      Engaging work and friendly atmosphere. A lot of good people to work with who are incredibly well versed in the global mobility space. Rewards professionalism and good work ethic. Solid work life balance, good hybrid work flexibility. Small enough to still allow for high autonomy for those who want to think outside the box and learn new skills.

      Cons

      Transparency around decision making, not to an unusual extent, but more openness from senior leadership would be nice.
