      Everyone I interacted with at the company was happy to be there and happy to help. The people truly cared about providing good service to the clients and helping each other find a way to solve whatever issue they were facing.

      There is some difficulty in snagging new clients for their product.

      Pros

      Engaging work and friendly atmosphere. A lot of good people to work with who are incredibly well versed in the global mobility space. Rewards professionalism and good work ethic. Solid work life balance, good hybrid work flexibility. Small enough to still allow for high autonomy for those who want to think outside the box and learn new skills.

      Cons

      Transparency around decision making, not to an unusual extent, but more openness from senior leadership would be nice.
