Cons
1. Night time job. Duty hours go well till morning. 2. Not a great place for women. In fact, they are not hiring women. 3. Hierarchy not respected, no defined processes and no formal training support. 4. Most unprofessional CEO, often uses cuss words and egoistic. Some of his emails and tele conferences were in poor taste like a typical family owned mom and pop store, unlike any suave CEO. 5. Chinese partner chose to part ways due to ugly spat with CEO and now battling for same clients. 6. The painful Divorce with Chinese partner caused a lot of financial stress on the company. 7. People are being fired overnight without proper compensation. 8. Company now desperately need funding support to survive. 9. HR is clueless about real sentiments and does not bother much about people matters.
