Business Outlook
Pros
Lower workload and delivery stress compared to other Korean companies
Cons
The company advertise well-being and work-life balance but is slowly reducing WFH for no reason and will take no questions. By 2026 we need to do 60% office work but there aren't even enough office seats to accomplish that, teams often have to split up to fit at the office or work from meeting rooms, which kills the whole point of collaboration at the office. Korean managers are too scared, they take hierarchy too seriously and can never demand better things from the Swedes. Food is terrible, cafeteria is dirty. The pay is lower than competitors, often with 0% annual bonus, personal financial growth is very slow. You may feel stagnated in life.
