Pros

Good colleagues. Work life balance is OK.

Cons

Most good developers soon move on due to a terrible performance management process. Advancement is largely based on self promotion and trying to get yourself noticed. Management do not inspire much respect.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
