Pros

- Some great people here, lots of experience and knowledge - Wide and interesting portfolio provides a lot of options for career movement - Opportunities to travel internationally, short and long term - Benefits are top notch - Work / Life balance has been very fair to me

Cons

- Too much adherence to process that hinders team and program flexibility; it's a brave new world and we need to have the freedom to move fast - So much re-org, it never ends; if senior LT concentrated as much on enabling teams as they did on the structure of their LT's we might not be in the current situation - Saying one thing in public and doing another internally; innovation anyone? While you are happy to pick up awards for our innovations, how about giving the programs some funding rather than killing them or changing them so they no longer provide their innovative value - Giving senior roles to people with no track record; how about mixing things up, maybe reward people for achievements instead of their connections? - Board and LT asleep at the wheel for past couple of years - Uninspiring CEO appointment

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
