      Pros

      There are many opportunities for professional growth and the wages are one of the best in the industry. Nice benefits package.

      Cons

      No training--the new hires w/o industry experience are completely lost. Management just needs to spend a little more time on their employees, rather than themselves.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
