Pros
It's a very competitive environment that provides a lot of professional challenges. Nice to be in if you are working directly with customers.
Cons
The GSC only allows professional growth unless you pass a very strict assessment, that means that it doesn't matter how well you performed you will stick to your salary unless you pass this examination. That is very dissapointing if you don't have the time to study and you are requested to spend family time in order to accomplish this.
