      Pros

      Plenty of time off.

      Cons

      Always felt the overwhelming sense of doom. When I started my team was 20+ people. There were cuts after the first few months, and they kept coming regularly again and again. After a while, our learning clients gave up caring about learning because they were so worried for their job. The former CEO ran things into the ground by dreaming but never bringing it to realization. Thousands of people get laid off and he still gets a cushy top level job and doesn't suffer.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
