Pros
Word wide company. You can pretty much work from any country. Cutting edge technology to work with. Interesting technology
Cons
You are treated like a resource, not really a human resource. Lack of leadership from upper management. You are basically in your own, there is no guidance in terms of career growth - caree path. ITM is for perfromance evaluation but honestly to me is a waste of time. You will never reach your goals. Lots of Indian Managers whom of course promote indian engineers kind of like a brotherhood.
