      Pros

      Work culture is good, people try to give their best to the company. Competition is too too hard since most of people are just happy whith what they have, so those coming from consulting companies migh find it boring.

      Cons

      Some of the mid-management is too self focused and put themselves before their employees. Too strict with processes.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
