Pros
Management supports intermittent job rotation, which gives the possibility to get to know new things. We have a good community, and until now I could always find interesting tasks, to avoid burnout .
Cons
Ericsson salary philosophy (at least in Hungary) is to pay the 80% of what the other companies in the industry give. In reality it's much below 80% :)
