Good place to work. No micro management, but high expectations. Tuition reimbursement was simple, schedule flexibility was good, willing to give people a chance.

Management didn't manage. They had no idea what anyone was doing. When projects failed, the managers were not held accountable. When time to lay off people. They laid off the wrong people.
