      Faith-based health Center, patient-focused, and provide quality care. They believe in giving people an opportuntiy and taking care of the community/

      Cons

      Salaries are low, and not the best place to work if you're looking for structure or a high income. It's not what you know but who you know regardless of performance if you want to work there.

      -patient centered care model - not a greedy for profit focus -caring and supportive management team -support for NPs giving wholistic excellent care

      -stressful to care for complex patients - as are all healthcare jobs - worth it!
