      Pros

      good for freshers and salary is great and altos of ways to improve yourself and friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      The HR and ADMIN i found always lazy and dictator. They do nothing and rule like king. The worst part of ESSAR is admin.

      Pros

      There are no pros if a company is made aware that there are people being scammed using their company name and not addressing it.

      Cons

      They have a work at home scam going around and are not addressing it.
