Pros
Jolly work environment .sometimes flexible in working hours .Top management puts efforts in to knowing employee issues .As a fresh employee who started my career here it gave me a good platform to enhance my knowledge .
Cons
work standards are not maintained .Often times mid level managers encourage the employees to compromise on quality just to meet the deadlines .Pay is relatively low compared to other consultancy firms
