location is good and rest of the things are fine

transport is not that good, cover a fewer localities in Delhi/ncr

1.) Amazing Team. 2.) Work Floor is Good. 3.) The whole management from Hemant Sir, Rohan Sir & all the managers on the floor are very supportive. None of them put any pressure on me throughout my time in ESSL Logistics. 4.) Infrastructure is amazing and as per the news we are even upgrading to the newer office which will be bigger in size.

1.) Only 1 I would mention, The dispatch work. Finding the Trucker for the lane acquired. Dispatch team needs to be increased in number. As less number of dispatchers are unable to find carriers on the lane or pay attention over th same.
