Pros
The only thing positive about working in Estarta is the good people found there. But nothing else.
Cons
As a new employee in Estarta, you are given the impression that Estarta is the promise land and the place to get all your experience from. However, getting through the days with them will drain and exhaust every ounce of potential you have because each and every employee is seen as a machine and not as a human being with limits. The growth is there for people who want to achieve and succeed! But you will realize that the pay is the same for people who pour their heart into work and people who don't work at all. Unless of course you have your CCIE certificate so you're paid fairly well. Talking about appreciation, there is none on any level. Management will go above and beyond to achieve their KPIs regardless of the amount of work done. Micro management does exist in each team in Estarta! Also, if you are acquainted with management on the personal level, the faster you will see yourself climbing the ladder of promotions regardless of the effort put. Based on the experience I have with them and the way I see the mental and psychological state of other colleagues, almost all employees have no excitement about work or the work environment. They stay because they have families to support and that kills them inside. To my knowledge, I have never seen a company with such a negative impact on the employee's work and personal life. In the past years of experience. I've had my share speaking with managers who has no respect for the employee and they cannot even pick respectful words to share their opinion or idea. If you join Estarta, you will definitely see tons of bad things that no ambitious, straight-forward person can take. Staying there is a matter of time until a new opportunity arises. I would not recommend working there for a foe even.
