Local team collaborates in office when needed, otherwise enjoy the flexibility of work from home most of the time! This company really embraces technology to connect it's teams and run it's business in the smartest ways possible.

• At times it can be high stress/longer hours as we focus on hitting customer commitments or business needs • Need to be a self-motivated problem solver and willing to work through various process/product roadblocks by collaborating with other team members • Focus is on incremental improvements in process/product versus giant steps to minimize risk and/or respond to evolving market needs; can seem like a treadmill of continuous challenges if you do not see the need to mitigate in the short term while you take action to improve the future
