Working at Ethika was one of the worst experiences of my professional career. The CEO is a textbook example of how not to lead a company, completely lacking in empathy, integrity, and competence. He treats employees like they’re disposable, and there’s zero appreciation or respect for the hard work people put in. As for the Chief of Staff? Unqualified doesn’t even begin to describe it. She’s rude, disrespectful, and operates purely on ego and favoritism. Her only skill appears to be creating chaos and making the workplace unbearable. It’s shocking that someone with no real experience or professionalism is in such a critical leadership role. It’s a clear reflection of the CEO’s poor judgment. The company culture is toxic from the top down. Morale is consistently low, turnover is high, and there’s absolutely no support or direction for career growth. They run the business through fear, not leadership, and they’re running it straight into the ground. If you value your sanity, mental health, and professional future, do not work for Ethika. You will be miserable.
