      Was given free kitchen utensils that we purchased for the client any spares got given out within the team

      Cons

      They have a sacking culture where they have some god complex and want to feel powerful. Very toxic management whereby they pin mistakes on to you without talking then through first. I’ve seen Discrimination if you have any form of disability that can’t be seen.

      Management was easily available and willing to work through problems

      Cons

      Tumultuous working conditions, sometimes you would not know whether you were coming or going. Always reactive. Nothing appeared to be planned or expected. Management was unable to communicate effectively with the really big customers.

      Small company so lot to learn, Helpful people, Small IT team but work closely with each other.

      Cons

      Annual Holidays are lowest in the industry, Reactive approach generally as oppose to Proactive.
