Arrogant CEO barks orders and loses temper frequently, most employees are either intimidated or actually afraid of him and therefore doesn't speak their opinions. The CEO has an opinion of every matter and prides himself on being the expert in almost every department, and many department leaders feel like they get trampled on by the CEO.
