Some great sports, occasional fantastic events that you can attend

Completely unorganised. No structure. No one taking any responsibility. No one knows what their responsibilities are. Trying to get answers for any small query can be very challenging. Everything ad hoc last minute and as a result, majority of output is sloppy.
