Less work stress, hardly needed to work overtime. Nice colleagues to work with.

Employee salaries were very much uneven! Some were getting around 60K, while some others where below 30K! Limited scope for career progress. Main software development activities were limited within a group of developers, who were friends and brothers. So for others it was very difficult to get involved into the development of core functionalities. Not a very fun place to work at! Not much group activities. Hardly any fika was arranged! Developers consultants don't get any benefit or extra payment for their travel to customer premise. Only the hotel and transport costs are covered.

I started a project together with Eurostep in dec 2017 and now I have come in contact with both management and employees and worked with them for a couple of months. They deliver highly on their projects and are inspiring to work with. They treat you as one them directly and the team spirit is high and positive. They are proud of their product and their company and there is innovation and future in the making at Eurostep.

I have not seen any
