Pros

The employees of the company help each other out and really do care for the patients.

Cons

High turnover rates have been a noticeable concern during my time here. It's important for upper management to address this issue promptly as it affects team stability and morale. One critical area of concern is the lack of support from upper management. Employees are often burdened with tasks outside their job descriptions, which can lead to frustration and burnout. The organizational structure could benefit from a review to ensure that roles and responsibilities are well-defined, promoting efficiency and reducing role ambiguity. Furthermore, a lack of accountability from upper management can create confusion and hinder progress toward company goals. Clear company goals are crucial for direction and motivation, but it appears there is room for improvement in this regard. More transparent, well-communicated objectives could provide employees with a clearer sense of purpose. Regrettably, maintaining a healthy work-life balance has been challenging due to the frequent early morning and late evening phone calls, even during vacations.

Pros

The team at Evenly is really great. The work outings are fun and you can tell the company has people who want to solve real world problems. The culture of engagement provides the sense that everyone’s work matters. Also, there are always snacks in the office which is an added bonus!

Cons

As the company grows, processes are still catching up, but I this is what I expected.

Pros

Coworkers from all states were great

Cons

Absolute lack of any type of TRUE knowledge in dentistry. Systems run by owners with zero clinical background and just going based off of whatever they think they learned at seminars Zero appreciation for their field team Honestly looking back the concept was good but executed so poorly because they don’t listen to anyone who has actually been in dentistry Virtual models don’t work, patients want in office experience and not to be over sold and under delivered. Owners had no idea what to do with any type of growth, never finished a standard process and perfected it from the inside out so everything was a mess all of the time.
