      Great team of people to work with Supervisors and duty managers extremely supportive Overall a really good experience

      Cons

      Upper management don't appear to care about the staff who are looking after their customers. Have no idea what goes on, on a day to day basis

      Cons

      - Shift rostering (not many people working when needed to save money) - Cancelled shifts last minute (as casual) - No weekend pay - Shortened shifts all the time
