Pros

Family run, no outside investors Financially stable, no redundancies during Covid Low staff turnover, great & very engaged team Approachable management Tickets for world-class events, lovely monthly socials Low hierarchy Fast-paced never gets boring, ideal for people that thrive working on their own initiative with lots of ideas

Cons

Hasn't quite caught up to hybrid working and some technological advances small company means that there is no double-up when someone is ill or off no benefits, except socials & event tickets

Pros

- Global Clients such as 007, Harley Davidson and Barbie - Can give yourself whatever job title you want as there is no formal job role

Cons

- You get duped! You may accept a particular role then end up doing something completely different such as working in a warehouse or customer service - lack of investment into the company e.g. has a warehouse with but uses no inventory management software. Everything is counted by hand. 2010 Filemaker - Slow progression and lack of investment. You usually have to threaten to leave before they think about giving you a pay rise - Ignore racism. I was verbally assaulted and called a monkey. Management done absolutely nothing about it, no consequences for the racist! - Favouritism - Understaffed and overworked - Reactive instead of proactive - Poor management, two brothers who can never seem to agree

Pros

They’re big on flexibility to fit my needs as both a staff member and as an individual. Also, there’s chance to grow in the company alongside friendly and uplifting staff members

Cons

The only qualm I have is the occasional time constraints that are synonymous with that of a smaller/growing company. You’re very involved and, more often than not, will feel the burden on a personal level. Though it’s still very rewarding.
