      Pros

      The company was a well-planned organization with many systems in place which kept the machine running and enabled exponential growth. It quickly became a regional leader in its field and nearly everyone who worked there when I did was polite, friendly, and professional.

      Cons

      The company is privately-held and family-run. The reigns of the company were handed down from the parents who founded and built it to their adult sons, who seemed to be detached from reality and unable to genuinely find empathy or care for the company's dedicated employees.

      Decent money , good schedule

      Cons

      No room for advancement, They don’t care how hard you work, lazy employees get paid the same as you and sit around all day mgmt doesn’t pay attention to lazy employees
