Pros
EC is like a big family, Everyone is friendly and fun to work with. Many great projects with the opportunity to be very creative on most occasions. Good organization and structure inside the agency which makes it one of the best in the country.
Cons
Stress can be a negative factor to some since most projects will come in all at once but it is to be expected in this field of work. Long nights at the office is to bbe expected during rushed times.
