Entry and mid level employees are quite talented and bring a lot to the company culture.
Cons
Management are very disconnected with their employees. Pay is not at all competitive, despite being promised the 60-75th percentile across all roles. Extremely high employee turnover. High customer churn. Large workloads that aren't managed effectively. Investment and resources rarely go to the teams that need them. Frequent redundancies.
