Pros

The projects they get can be pretty interesting, people who work there are pretty friendly, Christmas party is great - everyone goes all out.

Cons

- High Turnover - Managers will berate you very unprofessionally instead of doing something productive. They threaten your end-of-year bonuses and raises. - Meetings are long and inefficient. - Harassment is common (sexual and racist) but nothing is done about the employees because they have tenure. - HR tries, but is unhelpful. - Everyone is extremely underpaid (Like every other company, employees aren't supposed to know each others' salaries, but everyone does) - DOES NOT PAY FOR SICK LEAVE

We are disappointed to read about your experience. As the HR Generalist, we have policies in place and enforce a zero tolerance stance on behaviours of this kind. We now offer paid sick days to our staff and continue to support our employees. Thank you and all the best.

Pros

Good working environment. Unique projects. Internal orgainization has improved (still meeds work). Christmas parties and internal events are really fun.

Cons

Lots of undelivered promises, low pay, and almost no opportunities to move past the job you start in. And the 6 month probationary period is insane. Some managers have short tempers and belittle other staff which is demoralizing for everyone. While the teams are good, there isn't a standard way to communicate between departments leading to mistakes. HR is frunstrating and delays with reviews, raises , or paperwork are commonplace.
