Pros
Free concerts, nice enough colleagues at Steward level and good pay at hours you’re working.
Cons
Management are one giant clique… many don’t take medical needs into consideration and you’re just seen as a number. No pay for travel (on occasion you’ll have to travel to Dublin or even as far as cork with no extra travel fees accounted for and breaks are minimal.
