It’s casual work, staff camaraderie, diversity of staff at bottom level
Cons
Management & supervisors are one big clique. No chance to progress in company unless you’re one of the gang. Nepotism. Favouritism. Smokers get extra breaks over nonsmokers. Occasionally shifts can be very long & chance to eat, drink, use toilet can be questionable. Vindictive booking office. Uniform not supplied but you’ll be criticised for not wearing the correct uniform or at worst sent home without pay.
