      Friendly environment, transparent management, they invest in you and consequently encourage you to give more and invest in yourself and help you improve and increase your set of skills.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of anything. It could be a bit too fast paced for someone used to longer release iterations.

      - Management is somehow micromanagement - Needless stress is put upon employees - Communication problems was a big issue
